FAQs
What is the difference between purchasing an ATM and a Free ATM Placement in my business?
A Free ATM Placement means we would provide the ATM and vault the ATM with our cash at no cost to you. You will also share in the surcharge revenue.
Purchasing an ATM lets you own the equipment and you are responsible for vaulting the cash into the ATM. By owning the ATM, you get to decide the ATM surcharge. You also receive more of the surcharge revenue.
How do I get paid?
The surcharge and vault funds are deposited back into your bank account on the next business day.
Do I have access to online reports?
Yes, online reports are available in real-time.
How much will the surcharge be on my ATM?
Upon setup, we will work with you on helping you decide the appropriate surcharge fee.
Are there any monthly or hidden fees?
No.
Why have an ATM? Is owning an ATM a good investment?
ATMs are low-cost with high returns. Even with debit and credit cards, cash will always be king.
With the increasing costs for businesses to take debit and credit cards, many businesses are looking for an alternative to taking plastic. Rather than paying someone a percent of your sales, why not make money and have cash being spent in your business. Having an ATM machine in your business not only will save you the money you spend on credit card processing, but you also make money off of having an ATM machine in your business!
How long will it take for me to receive my ATM once I order?
It typically takes up to 10 business days from order to installation.
How much money do I need to cash load an ATM?
It depends on the usage. The national average of an ATM withdrawal is $80. So, if your location averages 5 transactions per day, you would need at $400 to $500 loaded each day. If you wanted to load the ATM once a week you would need $2,800 to $3,000. You can always adjust the cash load as needed.
What are my ongoing expenses?
If you have a FREE placement, you will have no expenses. If you purchase or lease an ATM you will need to pay for parts after the one-year warranty. The ATM will also require a phone or data line connection along with an electrical outlet. We provide the receipt paper at no cost.
What happens in the event of theft or vandalism?
You (the business owner) are not responsible for any theft or vandalism that occurs to the ATM.
